Fort Lauderdale Round Trip From Stewart for $159

The deal
Allegiant Air is selling a nonstop round trip between Stewart International Airport (Newburgh, NY) and Fort Lauderdale for $159. The standard price for this corridor runs around $250, so this comes in roughly 36 percent below normal. The dates are Thursday January 28 through Sunday January 31, giving you a long winter weekend in South Florida.

How to book
Click through to the Aviasales link and complete the purchase directly with Allegiant. Allegiant charges fees for seat selection and carry-on bags, so factor those in before comparing. Stewart is about 65 miles north of Midtown Manhattan; driving or bus service adds time and cost. The fare may reprice before checkout.

Shabbos fit
You depart Thursday and return Sunday, so Shabbos (January 30) falls entirely in Fort Lauderdale. The Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton area has strong Orthodox infrastructure including multiple shuls, eruv, and a wide range of kosher restaurants and supermarkets. Confirm exact flight times before booking to make sure Thursday arrival leaves enough buffer before candle lighting.
