NYC to New Delhi for $791 Round Trip on Delta

The deal
Delta is selling round-trip flights from New York to New Delhi starting at $791 in Basic Economy or $941 in Regular Economy. The $800 Asia great-line threshold makes the Basic Economy price a qualifying deal. Regular Economy at $941 is not far behind and includes advance seat selection and a normal carry-on. New Delhi is not a frequent destination for the Orthodox community, but it is doable with planning.

How to book
The Flight Deal recommends searching Matrix by ITA Software first to find the best date combinations, then booking directly on Delta.com or through a trusted online travel agency. Basic Economy on Delta means no changes or refunds and a limited carry-on policy on some international routes, so read the fare rules before purchasing. Pricing varies by routing and date, so not every combination will hit $791.

Shabbos fit
No specific travel dates are listed with this fare, so Shabbos fit cannot be confirmed. Before booking, verify that your outbound and return flights do not depart or land on Shabbos or Yom Tov. New Delhi has a small Jewish community with limited kosher resources. Plan to bring sealed kosher food for the trip and confirm any hotel arrangements well in advance.
